Zahra Cassim: Chief Executive
Zahra is currently Chief Executive of the Institute for Public Finance and Auditing (IPFA). She joined IPFA in 1999 as the Professional Development Director and was later promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Her career includes being an Assistant Director at SAQA, a lecturer in various financial subjects and a researcher in skills development.

Jeff Hlongwane: Project/Training Manager
Jeff has a Bcom degree and has vast experience working in the public sector. He has also worked as a facilitator in both the public and private sectors. Jeff is an expert in the PFMA having been involved in the monitoring and implementation process at the Department of Correctional Services. He has gained invalubale expierience in facilitating courses such as Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Budgeting and Cash Flow Management. He is also a qualified Assessor. |

Bella Songwiqi: Membership Assistant
Bella has a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Dental Practice Assistant Diploma with Basic Advance and Merit Certificates from Oxbridge Academy College. Prior to joining IPFA in 2004, she was a Human Resources Consultant. She is responsible for incoming and outgoing information regarding membership; she liaises with different people in different fields in the public sector about Membership Benefits and also provides administrative support to the Professional Development Division at IPFA. |

Charmaine Phetoe: Training Coordinator
Charmaine has a diploma in Project Management and has a vast amount of experience working in the skills development sector. Over the past few years she has worked as a coordinator, administering leanerships for different setas. She also has experience in corporate training, having managed projects in this related field. Prior to joining IFPA she was an accreditations consultant who assisted training providers in applying for accreditation with their relevant seta. She is responsible for coordinating all the training projects, including learnerships and short courses, assisting the Project Manager on a daily basis with regards to any training related queries.
